Water filtration
Did you know that all equipment that uses water from the mains supply, can have a water filter unit fitted?
Filtering the supply can mean reduced service intervals and costs, reduced breakdowns and most importantly in everyday terms, better tasting drinks, as anyone who has made a cup of tea or coffee from water passed through a britta type filter will agree.
The pre filters remove impurities, small particles and odours.
Pre filter units can also be fitted as an under sink unit feeding through a separate tap installed on the sink, or in some cases be linked into your cold water tap supply.
Under sink combined filter/chiller options are now an option, providing chilled and filtered water without the need for a separate freestanding or tabletop cooler.
Filters are also ideal to fit to the water supply of ice makers, or the large “American” type fridges which have a water outlet or ice maker. They pre clean the water before use, meaning none of those unsightly black flecks in the water or ice cubes!
Filters are changed either six monthly or yearly depending on use.
