- To fully discuss equipment requirements with a new customer, including ongoing costs, servicing requirements and installation.
- To supply and install the best quality and most suitable machines for the client and site.
- That our engineers are fully trained in the installed equipment.
- That if a rounds man is ill, that alternative cover is provided.
- That quality, branded ingredients are used. i.e Nestle, Kenco, Typhoo, Suchard Etc.
- That 90% of spares are kept in stock to limit downtime and inconvenience in the event of a breakdown.
- That if parts are not available, and its appropriate, we will supply a loan machine while we wait for spares.
- Any breakdown or malfunction will be attended to promptly, usually within 30 minutes during working weekday hours, and as soon as possible outside of normal hours.
- That telephone calls will be answered! After hours the work line is always redirected to a mobile.
- To never be beaten on service!
